1855 – 15th October – Convicted in Manchester of receiving stolen goods with a second conspirator – James Aspinal. Sentenced to 4 years.

1856 – 24th January – Received at Millbank Prison.

1856 – 28th June – Received at Portland Prison.

1859 – 3rd May – Received at Woking Convict Invalid Prison. Prisoner Number 4.

1859 – 14th October – Released from Woking Convict Invalid Prison.
